Christmas Last Order Dates & Info

Last order dates to receive your items in time for Christmas:
The Netherlands - December 19th
UK - December 17th
Rest of Europe - December 16th
USA - December 15th
Rest of the world - December 10th

When in doubt, please reach out to us via Instagram (@rixt.archives) or via email (info@rixtarchives.com) and we'll gladly provide a personal order deadline.
Upon request we can accommodate next day delivery requests too.

Custom Card & Gift Wrapping
At checkout you can leave a message in the "Order Instructions" box and we'll add a handmade and written card to your order. The signature Rixt Archives Gift wrapping is complementary.

Please note: While we try everything we can to get your order ASAP to you. Some things like customs holds are beyond our control and therefore we're not responsible for such delays.

Shipping

Rixt Archives is based in The Netherlands, but we ship worldwide. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days.
Netherlands - We use the carrier PostNL - delivery within 1-3 business days - flat rate of €4,95.
Europe - We use the carrier UPS - delivery within 1-5 business days (unless stated otherwise) - flat rate of €12,95.
Rest of the world - We use the carrier PostNL or UPS and offer normal or fast delivery for most countries. Orders will be delivered within 2-9 business days (unless stated otherwise) - shipping prices vary depending on the destination.

In case your country is not stated among the options at check-out, please reach out to us so we can provide a custom shipping rate.

Returns

Most items in our shop are vintage and therefore pre-worn unless stated otherwise. As our items aren't new, natural signs of wear are common and to be expected on pre-loved and vintage pieces. With each item, you'll find a detailed description and high quality images. We want you to fall in love with your purchase, so please always carefully review the description as well as the pictures before purchasing.
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges returns unless a grave mistake on our end was made in the mentioned sizing or unmentioned damage. If this is the case, please reach out to us within 72 hours of receiving you order via info@rixtarchives.com.

Customs duty

When you're ordering from outside of the EU zone, your order might be subject to import tax and/or customs duties or other additional costs. Rixt Archives is not liable for any customs charges, import costs, or delayed orders due to customs hold.

Payment methods

We accept a variety of different payment methods including PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Apple Pay, Bancontact, Google Pay, iDEAL, Maestro, Shop Pay, UnionPay, and Klarna.

Vintage Item Condition

While we select and source items from the highest quality, most items in our shop are vintage and therefore pre-worn. Natural signs of wear are common for pre-loved and vintage pieces. We try to optimise each piece's condition when arriving at our archive, and we take the item's condition into account in our pricing. To help you navigate the condition of each piece, we've created a condition chart as well as describe any signs of pre-love in our description. We want you to fall in love with your purchase, so please always carefully review the pictures before purchasing or feel free to reach out to us.  

Consignment

We are excited to assist you in finding a new home for your vintage treasures. Our consignment process is crafted to be simple and advantageous for everyone involved. If you're interested in consigning your items with us, please reach out to info@rixtarchives.com and we'll get back to you within 48h with a detailed consignment guide.
